Flavour profile:

 

Single-origin bars are made with cocoa beams from a single soure, rather than a blend, as is the case with most commercial chocolate. The flavour profile reflects the terroir (sun, rain, elevation, and soil), as well as tree genetics, fermentation, drying, roasting, and refining. Each of these elements is crucial to producing a high-quality chocolate.

 

All our bars are made with organic sugar, cocoa butter and vanilla bean. Where possible, we source organic cocoa beans for a fully organic bar!
